My Journey:

Twelve years ago, I started my own fitness journey. I explored:

  • Fitness & Acrobatics: Building strength, balance, and control.

  • Handstands & Contemporary Movement: Gaining confidence in my body’s abilities.

  • Stretching & Mobility: Improving flexibility and reducing tension.

These experiences shaped the foundation of my approach. After years of consistent practice, I developed a program designed to help women become healthier, more balanced, and full of energy—without risking injury.

I’ve spent the last 5 years refining my methods while working exclusively with women. My program is tailored to:
